This quotation covers a robotic system designed to print and apply labels to SBS plates and read the NFC barcode embedded in each plate. In operation, the user loads the plate hotels with SBS plates and initiates the system. The robot will automatically:
- Remove one plate at a time from the hotel
- Present the plate to the NFC reader to capture and record the embedded data
- Present the plate to the label printer for label printing and application
- Return the labeled plate to the designated hotel position
The detailed performance specifications of the system (including throughput, cycle time, accuracy, and reliability metrics) will be defined and agreed upon in a separate performance specification document.
